Is Atlantis Bahamas all inclusive? No! Unfortunately, it is not.
Andthe Atlantis is very expensive! So just go ahead and prepare yourself for sticker shock. If youre looking for a budget vacation, then the Atlantis resort is probably not for you. Even with all the how to save money at the Atlantis and budget tips out there, in the end it is still an expensive vacation. Yes, you can use your for your room and airfare and that is a huge savings, but for the average family who are paying out of pocket, there arent a lot of ways to avoid the cost of getting there, staying, and food prices.

For teens and tweens that want indoor activities, Atlantis has a load of options too. Head to the underwater themed arcade called Gamers Reef to play their favorite games, Earth & Fire Pottery Studio to throw down on the wheel, watch a movie in the theatre, or visit Crush, the kids-only nightclub. At Crush tweens and teens have their own space free of adults with live DJ and dance floor, video games, internet and concessions.

Cable Beach is amongst the most developed and built-up in the Caribbean.
Fringing the northern coastline of Nassau, its not only easily accessed from the countrys capital, but also from the nearby Lynden Pindling International Airport.

Away from the booming resorts and gaudy casino complexes of Nassau, pretty little Pink Sands Beach offers a more quintessentially Caribbean experience.
It can be found on the less-trodden east coast of Harbour Island, just a short jaunt north of Dunmore Town.
The sea laps the shoreline softly, its rollers broken by walls of coral gardens and sand banks just a little from the shore.
There are small clutches of palm-topped umbrellas and sunbeds to unwind on, along with some of the islands most enticing boutique hotels, all hidden amidst the dunes and blooms of manchineel that run along the back.
However, its the pink-hued sands that take the biscuit here, glowing in a soft rose colour under the Bahamian sun!

How To Get To Atlantis Resort
Book your flight to Nassau , then take a taxi from the airport to Atlantis Paradise Island. Taxi prices are regulated so you wont be overcharged. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the resort. Bahamian taxi drivers are courteous and professional.
Some Atlantis Resort package deals include complimentary private transfers to and from the airport. You also can book airport transfers through the Atlantis Resort. This costs a little more but may give you peace of mind to know a ride is waiting.
I would not recommend renting a car. You wont need it and youll pay a daily parking fee at the resort. If you want to explore more of the island, its cheaper and easier to hire a taxi. The locals may have some insider tips on places to go, too!

Staniel Cay Day Trips To The Exumas
Take a day trip to Bahamas Exuma Cays and go on one of many swimming pigs tours on Big Major Cay. These lovable guys are sure to steal your heart and your food so make sure you know all about swimming with pigs Bahamas before you go so as to stay safe and enjoy your time as thoroughly as possible.
