The Distillery has expanded their services to include brewing beer. The bartender, Michael Hershey, is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Along with the owner, Shaun Siems, he distills whiskey and rum and brews beer. Michael is my son, so I know how conscientious he is. They continually update and renovate the bar and entertainment area to keep it fresh and inviting.

“Went on a Wednesday around 3pm, my fiancé and I were the only ones there. It was small but it was so cool. We did the mini golf course and played some of the arcade games, but there were others things we didn’t do. They have laser tag and a couple of event rooms that would be awesome to through a spooky party. They are also building a couple of VR game spots- it’s going to be so cool. There was one lady working and she was amazing. I added some of the art work painted on walls, but not all cause you need to see- so freakin awesome. I obviously won lol and enjoyed every minute thank you!!”

Formula 1 Us Grand Prix
The weekend-long fest will kickoff at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin and will stretch from Friday through Sunday for the U.S. premier Formula 1 race.

Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department will host its 7th annual “Trunk or Treat” event from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23.

2. Build Castles On The Beach At Lake Pflugerville
Lake Pflugerville is one of the closest things we have to a real beach here in Austin. The sand is really just tiny pebbles, but you can still make a castle out of them! There are shaded picnic tables, restrooms, a pavilion, grills, and even a playground, so you could certainly spend an entire day there. The water isnt deep as you enter, so its perfect for even the littlest swimmers. You can also hike a 3.1 mile trail or fish off of one of seven piers. If youd like to spend a little money to enhance your time, you can even rent kayaks and head out onto the water. Wear your water shoes and spend a day at this little beach.

3. Cool Off At Falcon Pointe Splash Park
Falcon Pointe Splash Park is FREE and open to the public, although its situated within the Falcon Pointe neighborhood. You can find restrooms and covered picnic tables, plus theres a little playground to the right of the splash pad.
