This is a review for things to do near North Kansas City, MO 64116:

“This is located in the Iron District. It’s very unassuming from the outside – driving by I would have never known there was something other than a few stacked containers there. It was pouring rain so we didn’t get to enjoy the courtyard but there was alao a covered patio and an upstairs seating area. There are a few outdoor games and some picnic tables in the courtyard. Each little container has a different business in it – food, bars, clothing, etc.The tiki bar is adorable and the bartender was very friendly. It’s always fun to try the speciality drinks at a tiki bar because everyone comes up with different concoctions. You should definitely give this place a try!”

Enjoy A Late Night At Screenland Armour

“It has been over 5 years since I have started going to movies at the Screenland so I figured I would update. Still one of the best movie going experiences around. They have done a TON of updates to the theater to make it more modern but keep that nostalgic feel. As this theater is a little bit of a drive for me I mainly still attend for independent films not getting a wide release and for old movies being played on Friday/Saturday nights. The concessions and bar are 2nd to none. Huge selection and the food is better than anything you could get at a chain theater. I still absolutely love the crowd that this place attracts for special showings. A lot of nice people celebrating a film they have in common. They also have a new basement bar set up to look like a retro basement from the 90’s and it is worth checking out for sure! Multiple TV’s with retro games, retro posters lining the walls, and a video rental area as well! Please I beg you to check this place out if you never have, it will blow you away.”

This is a great museum and very well curated. It really is two parts. The inside museum which is excellent and the actual outside memorial which is impressive and if you have not been to Kansas City before, the view of the city is great. This is a must see if you visit Kansas City. parking can be a little tough on the loop road in front of the museum, but it is a nice walk if you can’t find a spot. Don’t miss the café, great food, wonderful personal service
