Grab A Selfie With The Bronze Fonz By Gerald P Sawyer
Down on the Riverwalk, you might just encounter Milwaukees coolest resident, the Bronze Fonz. Erected in 2008, the bronze statue of Fonzie from the 70s TV sitcom Happy Days is waiting to give you a double thumbs-up, in true Fonzie fashion.
The statue caused some outrage amongst local art dealers and critics at the time it was created, with one even closing his gallery in disgust.
Needless to say, the Bronze Fonz is a popular attraction amongst locals and visitors to the city.

Aayyyy! The Fonz is back after a winter makeover. The bronze statue of Arthur The Fonz Fonzarelli is back out on the streets of Milwaukee, just in time for your spring and summer selfies.
In case you arent up on your 1970s sitcom trivia, the Fonz is a beloved character from the series Happy Days. The show is set in Milwaukee during the 1950-60s. To pay homage to the show and its ties to the city we got a bronze statue to commemorate it.
You can check out the Bronze Fonz on Wells Street in Downtown Milwaukee. Posing in front of the river, its a great place to get a photo with a piece of sitcom and Milwaukee, history.

See Iconic Music Acts At American Family Insurance Amphitheater
For the biggest names in music and the largest concerts passing through the city, American Family Amphitheater is the place to be in Milwaukee.

Theres nothing too much more Wisconsin than a tailgate before a game, and in Milwaukee, we do it before every home Brewers game. You might think youve somehow left Milwaukee when you enter the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory . Once inside, you can choose from several Domes, each one offering a unique experience. The Desert Dome showcases one of the worlds greatest collections of shrubs, cacti, and other intriguing plant life found in the desert.
The Tropical Dome, on the other hand, has lush greenery, flowers, and nut and fruit bearing trees. You can hear the rushing waterfall in the distance, and be on the lookout for the exotic birds that call this area home. The Floral Show Dome bursts with color, and its beautiful gardens of flowers are always a treat.
