Among the many cultural enclaves of Cleveland, the Little Italy neighborhood is one of the most fun to visit. Located just east of downtown, this vibrant neighborhood has been home to Italian immigrants since the late 19th century. Of course, this is the best place to find Italian food in Cleveland, and the neighborhood also has a fun calendar of events like art walks and food festivals.
Admire The Art On Display At Tate Britain And Tate Modern
Tate Britain houses the national collection of British art as well as international exhibits, contemporary art, and more. What better way to spend a rainy day in London than exploring some of the finest paintings of our age?
The gallery is home to some of my favorite paintings such as Ophelia by John Everett Millais and the Lady of Shalott by John William Waterhouse.
Exploring Londons galleries and museums is one of my favorite things to do when its raining in London, and Tate Britain is a must-see for anyone with an interest in art and culture.
The gallery is housed in a large neoclassical building in Londons Pimlico. Tate Britain is another great free option for things to do in London when its raining. The gallery is open seven days a week from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
For those more interested in modern art, , Tate Modern is a sister gallery that showcases contemporary art on the banks of the Thames.
Tate Modern is housed in an old, disused power station and the building itself is interesting to explore whether you have an interest in modern art or not. Tate Modern is also free and has the same opening times as Tate Britain: 10:00am to 6:00am every day.

If you want to dedicate a whole day to art, then you can head to the Museum of Contemporary Art next. This museum in Ohio is easy to spot because of its unique, geometric, and glass design.

Visit The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame And Museum
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is found right on the river and is an interesting place to visit if you love music.
This is another really cool building design in Cleveland too, so make sure to snap some photos.
You will have fun learning about the history of rock and roll as well as visiting the Hall of Fame and seeing the inductees signatures.
There are exhibits and memorabilia dedicated to legends such as Elvis Presley, Janis Joplin, Pink Floyd, and Prince.

After the Rock Hall, the first place I tell people they HAVE to visit in Cleveland is West Side Market. This market in Clevelands Ohio City neighborhood is part farmers market, part grocery store, and part food court, with a history that stretches back more than 100 years.
Sure, you can visit West Side Market on your own and do a little shopping/tasting independently. But I recommend booking a West Side Market food tour if you can. This is the ultimate way to enjoy the market and learn about its history along the way.

Exterior shots of the house were filmed here and since the movie is so beloved, the house has been restored to what it looked like in the movie.
