Guests should stop by the Henry Hill Visitor Center on the south side of the park for a look at the exhibits and displays that tell the story of the first battle of the Civil War and the Confederate victory that took place on the same grounds just over a year later. Maps of the driving and hiking trails that wind through the park are available at the center. The trails are also suitable for running, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing.
