OK, maybe not on top of the world but on top of a mountain. The Flagstaff House is the place to go for a romantic, five-star dinner to impress, and were not just talking about the food. The views, the extensive wine list and the service are unbeatable.
Reserve a table by one of the oversized windows overlooking the city. After your meal, perfectly paired with wine, head out to the large outdoor balcony to watch the city lights glow and share a kiss. Enjoy A Hearty Breakfast From Snooze An Am Eatery
Arguably the best spot for breakfast is Snooze, an A.M. Eatery. This is a small chain restaurant known for its breakfast, and they have quite a few locations across Colorado.
At Snooze, you can get almost any breakfast that you can imagine. From waffles to eggs benedict to huge breakfast burritos, Snooze has it all.
Keep in mind that Snooze is one of Boulders most popular breakfast restaurants, mainly because its on Pearl Street. Youll want to book a reservation ahead of time, which most people will just do on the Yelp app. However, you can only book reservations on the same day!
If its super cold during your trip to Boulder, dont worry. Snooze has lots of indoor seating, but even their outdoor seating gets surrounded by outdoor heaters during the winter, so you can sit outside without freezing.

Quite possibly one of the coolest places to travel to when visiting Boulder, Eldorado Springs Resort & Pool is a must-do!
A popular CO attraction since 1905, Eldorado Springs Resort & Pool is situated in the heart of Eldorado Canyon State Park.
Opened seasonally during the summer months, the pool is a fun and unique way to spend an afternoon or two.

St. Nick on the Bricks is a fun event in Boulder annually for families and kids in the area. Its completely free and is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit in winter. The event takes place at the Boulder Visitor Center in the downtown part of the town.
The main attraction at this event is, of course, Santa! Sometimes Mrs. Clause is also there, so you can get a photo with both of them. If you have the kids bring their Christmas list, you can even have them read it and take it to the North Pole.
