A reminder that the founders are all in and giving it all theyve got to make it work. and it has worked very well with a range of award-winning spirits.

The distillery was founded in 2012 and opened to the public in August of 2018.

The tour walks you through the bourbon-making process from grain to glass with viewing windows and even sections of the floor that allow you to learn more about the production process.

I visited the museum and the famous racetrack for a party hosted by Louisville CVB and Kentucky Tourism. Given that it was an exceptionally good food & beverage party, I was okay with the fact that I couldnt get a good look at the track in the dark.

But if anyones wondering, I would love the chance to go back to visit during the daytime , but Im not complaining!
