Bellagio Fountain And Gardens
One of the top 10 things to do in Vegas, watching the Bellagio fountain show is a must see. Even though each resort has amazing things to see, the water show and botanical gardens at the Bellagio cannot be missed.
The 8 acre man-made lake features a dancing water fountain show choreographed to music. The show is different every 15 minutes, and the results truly are beautiful. This is the spot that was glorified in Oceans 11 .
The gardens in the lobby are exquisitely decorated and maintained for each season with some of the most unique plants and flowers in the world. Even as a local I make a point to go down each year to see the gardens decorated with a Christmas theme.
When you book a stay at The Bellagio Hotel on the Strip you get free access to the pools and gardens.

Best Things To Do In December In Las Vegas
BY Terrisa MeeksLas Vegas Local Expert
Las Vegas never misses a chance to get dressed up, and in December the city pulls out all the stops. Throughout the city, youll find holiday lights and decorations everywhere you look. Las Vegas is well-known for its love of shiny and sparkly things, and no time of year is better for that than December.
On the Strip, visitors get to enjoy an abundance of seasonal decorations in December. Every year the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden transforms into a winter wonderland for the holidays. A team of talented horticulturists and design staff create amazing scenes, with plants and flowers turned into creations like polar bears. Few attractions are as photo-worthy as the Bellagio Conservatory.
If youre missing cold weather fun like ice skating, look no further than The Ice Rink at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Enjoy skating with a fantastic view of the Strip, snow showers and smores by the fire.
Off the Strip, youll find attractions like Enchant Christmas, a wonderland of lights, trees and artisanal shops. Downtown Summerlin offers plenty of shopping, photos with Santa and a train ride for the kids. Over at Opportunity Village, you can explore the Magical Forest, and your entrance fee helps support people with disabilities.

Volcano Eruption At The Mirage A Popular Attraction In Las Vegas
The Mirage is another top place to see in Las Vegas, as its one of the most uniquely-themed resorts on the Strip. The hotel was influenced by Polynesia, and its aesthetic is a beautiful blend of elegance and tropical relaxation.
12. Volcano eruption at The Mirage, a breathtaking attraction in Las Vegas
The resort itself has plenty of fun things to do in Las Vegas, including a poolside lounge, featured performances, and a 16,000ft² nightclub. There are also several restaurants inside the hotel, and the dolphin habitat is a popular attraction, although I advise against visiting it!
The Mirage is also home to an artificial volcano that erupts every day. You can catch the show daily at 8 pm, 9 pm, and 10 pm, and its one of the top free things to do in Las Vegas. Along with the stunning lighting effects, there is an advanced sound system and a special natural gas that smells like piña coladas.

6. The Venetian, one of the most beautiful places to go on the Las Vegas Strip
One of those is the Grand Canal Shoppes, which is one of the best places to visit on the Las Vegas Strip. Even if you arent a big shopper, there are plenty of other things to do here. The entire complex is a replica of Venice, complete with the Rialto Bridge, San Marcos Square, and gondola rides on the canal. At the entrance, check out the Waterfall Atrium and its beautiful display of flowers.
The Venetian is also home to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, which has over 100 celebrity figures. Its a popular thing to do on the Las Vegas Strip, so I recommend grabbing your ticket early. You might also like this combo ticket for the wax museum and a gondola ride.

Experience Celebrity Chef Dining On The Strip
With extremely rare exceptions, almost every single chef worthy of the title celebrity in the country has a restaurant in Las Vegas.
There are so many celebrity chef restaurants to choose from, its almost impossible to know where to start.
Here are some ideas: head to the brand-new Park MGM, where the food and beverage offerings rival the toughest competition on the Strip, and check out L.A.-based chef Roy Chois hip hip-hop Korean-Mexican-American fusion joint, Best Friend. Its the most fun celebrity chef restaurant on the Strip, hands-down.

This is one place where the tourists usually dont make their way to.

Lets start with the famous fountains. The Fountains of Bellagio are iconic. Theyve appeared in too many movies and TV shows to name, and theyve formed the backdrop of many a marriage proposal. They offer regular shows of music, light, and water that are astoundingly beautiful.
